About ATSI

Since beginning operations in 1994, ATSI has provided consulting and flight test services for various international governments and aggressor services for the U.S. and Allied Departments of Defense.

ATSI is a proud participant in military exercises and training programs for the U.S. and its allies worldwide. Our services are unique among tactical flight or training organizations around the world because they cover a wider spectrum of training, aggressor and flight test capabilities.  ATSI aircraft offer economical air intercept controller platforms as well as simulated missile profiles for training defense crews.

ATSI also provides Research and Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) platforms and resources including flight test and engineering flight services, photo chase, aerial refueling, target tow, sensor carry and threat simulation services to qualified commercial and defense industry customers.

Our training syllabi are unique because they combine the best attributes of the time-tested programs of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, including Top Gun and Fighter Weapons School. These programs have developed and trained the finest combat pilots in the world.

We pattern our strict safety and quality assurance practices after those developed over years of rigorous operations by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. Additionally, we have proudly subjected all our procedures to regular inspection and oversight by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and an agency of the U.S. Military, as well as by current and prospective customers.

ATSI stands ready to adapt our test programs, tactical air services and training programs to assist qualified military organizations and defense contractors worldwide to meet the RDT&E and training requirements for the 21st century.

TA-4Js and A-4Ns

All services offered by ATSI are delivered using a mixed squadron of ten McDonnell Douglas A-4N and two-seat TA-4J “Skyhawks,” or customer supplied aircraft.

Flight Test and Evaluation

ATSI has significant expertise in research, development, test and evaluation for Military and Defense Industry customers.  ATSI’s team of former military pilots brings extensive and diverse test experience from both the U.S. Navy (PAX River) and U.S. Air Force (Edwards) test pilot programs.  This experience translates directly to valuable technical and flight evaluation feedback for customers’ test and evaluation teams.

ATSI is a Corporate Member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP).

Military Flight Services

Advanced Training Systems International offers a unique variety of training and flight test services to military organizations worldwide, including the U.S. Department of Defense and its allies.
