ATSI's pilots are highly qualified for research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of military and defense flight systems, hardware and electronics. All ATSI pilots are experienced in RDT&E disciplines, and several are graduates of the U.S. Navy (Pax River) and U.S. Air Force (Edwards) test pilot schools. Others have extensive training in test and evaluation reporting techniques that assure professional communication and documentation of equipment operation and behavior.
A Wide Range of Test Support
|
ATSI has the capabilities to test commercial and military hardware, flight operations equipment, weapons systems and electronic warfare components in an operational environment while providing data for analysis using its A-4 aircraft. These services replace the reduced inventory of available aircraft at U.S. Navy and Air Force test centers, which have eliminated the test-bed aircraft that were once available for various test functions. |

ATSI has the aircraft and staff to augment these scarce military resources and to support the nation’s aerospace and defense industry equipment suppliers in their test and development activities. Our maintenance team can modify ATSI aircraft as necessary to carry and operate customer’s data recording equipment. ATSI’s professional flight test crews are ready to meet unique customer requirements. |
